The villa has a full ground floor with kitchen, living, pool access, and sleeping options. The upper level is a loft retreat — ideal for couples or teenagers who want their own space. Guests who need step-free access simply book the ground-floor rooms. Say the word at booking.
This is a protected residential street. No parties, no loud music outside after 22:00. That rule is the reason the villa stays as quiet as it is — and why our repeat guests keep coming back. Parties welcome on the Riviera; the villa stays the retreat.
No pets — to protect guests with allergies and keep the garden intact. If this is a dealbreaker we understand. If not, plenty of local pet-sitters can be arranged.
A 7-night minimum is how we keep rates honest — no turnover surcharges, no rushed cleans. Lead booker 25+ is standard on the Riviera for a property of this class.
