Is the villa entirely private?
Yes. The villa, pool, garden and terraces are for your group. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to six guests.
Is it right for our group?
One bedroom is on the ground floor. The two upstairs rooms have low ceilings and a steep staircase. The pool reaches around 1.8 m deep; children require adult supervision. Discuss accessibility and pool safety with Lana before booking.
House rules & booking terms
No parties or pets. Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00. No smoking indoors. Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 10:00. Read the full booking terms before confirming your stay.
Do we need a car?
Recommended. The villa is on the residential hillside in Cagnes-sur-Mer, with private parking. Beaches, Nice Airport, Antibes and Saint-Paul-de-Vence are a drive away. See the area guide.
