Is the villa entirely private?
Yes. The villa, pool, garden and terraces are for your group. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to six guests.
Is it right for our group?
One bedroom is on the ground floor. The two loft rooms have low ceilings and a steep staircase. The pool reaches around 1.8 m deep; children require adult supervision. Please contact us about any accessibility or pool safety questions before booking.
Layout & accessibilityHouse rules & booking terms
No parties or pets. Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00. No smoking indoors. Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 10:00. Read the full booking terms before confirming your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Confirmed direct bookings are normally non-refundable. See the booking terms for exceptions and possible date changes.
Full cancellation termsWhen is the pool open, and what safety measures are in place?
The pool may be closed for winter servicing from October through May, depending on weather. Please confirm pool access for May stays.
A child safety alarm is installed. Continuous adult supervision is required; the pool has no barrier.

Recommended. The villa is on the residential hillside in Cagnes-sur-Mer, with private parking. Beaches, Nice Airport, Antibes and Saint-Paul-de-Vence are a drive away. See the area guide.
