Payment & cancellation

Fair, human terms.

Deposit: 30% to confirm the stay.

Balance: 30 days before arrival.

Security deposit: €500 on arrival — refunded within 1–2 business days post-stay.

Cancellation: Confirmed stays are non-refundable but can be credited for rebooking within 12 months. Full refund (minus 2.95% bank fee) if European governments impose travel restrictions covering your dates.

Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer.
