What we collect
Name, email, phone, requested dates, guest count, children's ages at arrival where relevant for tourist tax, and messages you send via WhatsApp, email, or a website enquiry form. Payment details are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, provide your stay, and meet legal obligations (e.g. taxe de séjour registration).
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Service providers may process information needed to host this website, deliver correspondence, prevent spam, process payments, or meet legal obligations. Website hosting is provided by Vercel; email enquiries are received in our Gmail inbox. When online form sending is enabled, Resend handles email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile performs the security check. WhatsApp and your email provider process messages sent through their services.
Retention
Booking records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing villa.augflor@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France).
